This Land Marvel Commendable Project is located at KB Dasan Road, Teynampet. It is one of the busiest commercial localities in the city of Chennai, India. This area in central Chennai is having links with all parts of the City. This project has Basement, Ground + Three floors and was completed in 2006. It is near one of Chennai's famous arts and science women's college, the Justice Basheer Ahmed Sayeed College (more commonly known as SIET).
